Healthy Hustle Hub™ and its original software, application architecture, user interface, visual designs, graphics, written content, proprietary workflows, and other original materials are owned by Healthy Hustle Hub LLC or used under applicable license.
1. Protected Materials
To the extent eligible for copyright or other intellectual property protection, the following materials are protected:
Software and Source Code: Original application code, backend systems, database structures and schemas, software modules, original algorithms expressed in code, and original software documentation.
Artificial Intelligence Systems: Original AI agent configurations, proprietary prompts, agent instructions, custom workflows, orchestration logic, and original AI-generated or AI-assisted content where copyright protection is available.
AI Health and Wellness Agents: Original designs and implementations of specialized agents for activity tracking, sleep monitoring, recovery, nutrition, stress management, fitness, wellness insights, and related functions.
User Interface and Experience: Original dashboard layouts, screen designs, navigation structures, icons, graphics, animations, visualizations, and other original creative elements.
Health and Fitness Features: Original workout programs, exercise libraries, educational materials, meal-planning content, progress reports, and original methods of presenting personalized fitness and wellness information.
Data Visualization and Reporting: Original charts, dashboards, reports, graphical presentations, and creative arrangements of information.
Brand Identity and Marketing Materials: Original logos, graphics, written descriptions, promotional materials, and other brand assets owned by Healthy Hustle Hub LLC.
2. Restrictions on Unauthorized Use
Except as expressly authorized in writing by Healthy Hustle Hub LLC or permitted by applicable law, no person or entity may reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, publicly display, or commercially exploit copyrighted materials belonging to Healthy Hustle Hub LLC.
Users and third parties may not misrepresent ownership of the company’s original copyrighted materials or reproduce protected materials for redistribution or resale without authorization.
Access to the application does not transfer ownership of its underlying software or intellectual property to any user.
3. AI, Wearable Devices, and Third-Party Technology
Healthy Hustle Hub may use artificial intelligence services, third-party software, APIs, wearable-device platforms, and integrations provided by other companies. Such technologies remain subject to their respective ownership rights, licenses, and terms of service.
Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch, Google, Android, and other third-party names, trademarks, platforms, and products are the property of their respective owners. Healthy Hustle Hub LLC does not claim ownership of third-party technology, trademarks, or independently owned materials.
User-provided information and personal health data are not claimed as the company’s copyrighted content merely because they are processed, displayed, or analyzed by the application. Their use is governed by applicable agreements and privacy policies.
4. No Transfer of Ownership
Downloading, accessing, or using Healthy Hustle Hub does not grant any person a right to own, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the company’s intellectual property, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, applicable licenses, or written authorization.
5. Reservation of Rights
Healthy Hustle Hub LLC reserves all rights it holds under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, contract, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized uses may be subject to legal remedies where available.
